What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Audit, verify, and ensure mortgage loan disclosures and closing disclosures are accurate and comply with regulation timelines
- Review, prepare, and send out disclosures including loan estimates and closing disclosures to clients throughout the loan process
- Monitor variance queue for re-disclosure and send out disclosure packages to consumers
- Communicate effectively with foreclosure attorneys, investors, and credit unions to determine liquidation strategies
- Resolve compliance issues by collaborating closely with compliance and IT departments

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in the mortgage industry
- Familiarity with loan estimates and closing disclosures
- Demonstrated ability to work within TRID guidelines
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly regulated, and deadline-driven environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
