What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor and assist credit-challenged customers to help them qualify for home mortgages
- Educate potential homebuyers on loan qualification and credit improvement strategies
- Review and analyze customers' credit histories and create actionable plans for resolution
- Collaborate with team members to train and refer potential customers to the Home Buyer Solutions Group
- Track customer communications and progress through pipeline management systems

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of a four-year college degree (preferred)
- At least 2 years of banking experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of various loan programs and credit qualifying requirements
- Ability to read, analyze, and communicate results from credit reports and technical data
- Strong communication skills for counseling customers effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in customer service within the mortgage or banking industry
- Familiarity with credit improvement tools and education programs
