What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must maintain a current NMLS Safe Act registration number
- Possess a current Colorado driver's license
- Minimum 2 years of mortgage experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to explain loan terms and policies comprehensively
