      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a residential mortgage loan pipeline from submission to closing
      - Prepare and deliver the Customer Commitment Letter
      - Review and analyze credit reports, income, and assets
      - Ensure acceptable sources of funds for loan processing
      - Proficiently process various loan types including Conventional, FHA, VA, and Non-Agency loans

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or a minimum of two years related experience and/or training
      - Proficient in processing conventional loans and government loans
      - High integrity, technical competence, and strong moral character
      - Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and listening
      - Highly proficient in computer skills and experience with mortgage loan origination software

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in residential mortgage lending and familiarity with underwriting guidelines
      - Knowledge of FHA/VA application and builder disclosures
      - Ability to navigate FHA Connection and VA Portal
      - Experience analyzing tax returns and restructuring loans
      - Familiarity with government financing requirements
