Job Description
- Req#: 570404
- Ensure mortgage loans are delivered to investors in a timely manner
- Monitor mortgage loan shipping workflow – preparation and delivery of funded loans to investor
- Review final loan packages for accuracy and legibility
- Ensure individual investor requirements are met for each delivery type
- Work with secondary to confirm loans have been assigned to investors
- Any other duties assigned by my supervisor or management
