What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a key point-of-contact for questions related to loan products and guidelines, providing knowledge support to senior management
- Monitor investor guideline announcements and assist with the implementation of necessary changes
- Maintain product summaries, worksheets, and underwriting guidelines for various mortgage products
- Manage communication of product and guideline changes to internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with operations and production to facilitate guideline change requests and prepare necessary presentations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree directly related to the position or equivalent experience
- Minimum five years' experience in mortgage underwriting-related roles
- Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaborative cloud-based programs
