      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Establish and enforce internal policies for loan relationship management to ensure high-quality service
      - Direct, motivate, and evaluate the performance of the loan service team
      - Oversee all activities related to the loan servicing lifecycle from setup to post-closing
      - Maintain relationships with vendors and internal departments regarding loan servicing software
      - Communicate regularly with the Mortgage Leadership Team regarding pipeline status and closing results

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 10 years of experience in Mortgage Banking Sales and Leadership
      - Extensive market experience in the New England region
      - Proven ability to recruit top talent for Loan Officer positions
      - Strong relationship-building skills across multiple business lines
      - Bachelor's Degree required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with the SAFE Act requirements for Mortgage Loan Originators
      - Experience in effective forecasting to meet monthly closing goals
      - Knowledge of Citizens products, policies, and procedures
