What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the Mortgage Originations Team with member applications and appointment scheduling
- Manage member documentation and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations
- Respond to inquiries from prospective borrowers and provide general mortgage information
- Prepare sales tracking and member satisfaction reports using Microsoft Excel
- Coordinate communication between Mortgage Loan Officers, members, and processors to facilitate the mortgage application process

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience, plus 1 year of experience in a residential lending origination environment
- Familiarity with DocMagic is a plus
- NMLS certification will be required
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple loans in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills for effective member interaction

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a mortgage department or with mortgage products/services
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to mortgage lending
- Proficiency in using loan origination systems and software
- Ability to conduct competitive market analysis as needed
- Involvement in promotional activities related to mortgage services
