What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop referral contacts and maintain relationships with realtors, builders, and community organizations
- Interview loan applicants and assist them throughout the entire loan application process
- Analyze applicants' financial status to recommend appropriate loan types and credit options
- Manage the pipeline for all originated loans through closing, ensuring timely updates and communication
- Stay updated on regulatory requirements and participate in community outreach to promote mortgage programs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or finance preferred
- Minimum of two years of work-related experience in mortgage lending and sales
- Valid NMLS registration and good standing with federal regulations
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Intermediate skills in personal computer operation, including word processing and spreadsheet software
