      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Supervise the daily activities of a team of Mortgage Loan Originators
      - Ensure timely collection of documents required for processing, underwriting, and closing loans
      - Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources to drive loan volume
      - Actively participate in mortgage banking and realtor trade associations
      - Interview, recruit, and retain employees while fostering a positive work environment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Two or more years of mortgage sales experience
      - National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration required
      - Ability to meet driving requirements of 2 or more hours per week
      - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Established referral base within the assigned market
      - Demonstrated new business development and relationship management skills
      - Familiarity with local, state, and national laws related to mortgage lending
      - Experience with mortgage products/services and current market trends
      - Knowledge of pricing and underwriting requirements for various mortgage insurance companies
