What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Customize and configure LOS workflows, templates, and reports to streamline operations
- Provide technical assistance and support to users for issues related to the LOS
- Manage user permissions, access controls, and security settings to safeguard sensitive loan data
- Participate in the implementation of new products, workflows, features, and software applications
- Identify and suggest possible improvements on processes and procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience that provides comparable knowledge and skills
- Experience in the mortgage lending process, with the ability to optimize processes and troubleshoot technical issues
- Knowledge of the Encompass platform, including system configuration and workflow optimization
- Proven ability to lead projects and communicate effectively with various stakeholders
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in writing business rules/decision logic using a rules engine
- Skilled in writing and testing business functional requirements
- Creative troubleshooting skills with the ability to think outside the box
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure while remaining organized
