      As the Junior Sales Associate you will work closely with our Operations and Business Development teams to actively manage leads for our clients' WiFi, phone, and cable services. This position operates on a Monday-Friday schedule from 10AM-6PM. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with a salary of $55-60K annually plus bonuses.

      This is a remote position.

      ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Actively monitor the dashboard in LIVunLtd's CRM platform to capture incoming leads for both WiFi/phone/cable + Moving services
      • Receive form submissions from leads and initiate communication to promote and educate clients on all available services
      • Establish new accounts, on behalf of the client, with cable/wifi providers
      • Book moving services, on behalf of the client, with LIVunLtd's preferred moving vendors.
      • Create cases in LIVunLtd's CRM platform, including reminders for follow-up communication to drive the process and close the sale
      • Liaise with cable/wifi providers and LIVunLtd's preferred moving vendors on a regular basis to assess the success of the process
      • Track and report on all cases, including closed sales, non-responses, lost sales and client feedback
      • Maintain detailed knowledge of the various products, including terms of service, product features and any conditions that apply to closing the sale
      • Attend all Verizon FiOs training's, adhere to all protocols, processes and policies
      • Meet and/or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
      • Coordinate with senior management to optimize the sales effort

      SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

      • Highly self-motivated and sales driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
      • Flexibility to take the initiative in responding to leads until 8pm and/or on weekends as needed to close sales
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills
      • Excellent interpersonal + organizational skills
      • Confident and charismatic approach across all communication channels that exude enthusiasm about the services and the benefits of engaging with LIVunLtd for the services across all communication channels
      • Experience and comfort using a CRM system for case management and to track the sales process.
      • 1-3 years of sales experience.
