- Drive dealer process & capability development to increase dealer Aftermarket performance.
- Drive sustainable wholesales and retails of spares and wears through the network.
- Support dealer in commercial activity at customer events when required;
- Drive dealer stock management to maximize availability, NPS vs stock turn balance;
- Enable Aftermarket parts business growth across MPP’s dealer network.
- Develop relevant Business Plan and follow up execution with the dealer;
- Follow, manage and drive dealer development process;
- Provide sales support to dealers in value selling, product knowledge and other key activities.
- Develop market intelligence to define sales forecast per dealer and monitor performance accordingly. Prepare and maintain Install Base list.
- Conduct competitive analysis and propose the proper brand positioning, product offering and sales tactics to enforce Aftermarket’s market position and competitive strategy.
- Drive & promote MPP brand image, value and culture.
- Support inside sales in end-of-the-month activities such as invoicing and payment.
- Contribute as a member of the MPP Aftermarket leadership team.

- Analytical with solid business acumen, you can understand & interpret numbers & KPIs;
- Strong negotiation skills to ensure MPP’s long term interest, you can deal/negotiate with all levels at dealer organization.

- Team player, you can work closely with your peers and dealers;

- Technical knowledge that helps you to understand technical issues;
- Experience working with remote teams.

- Practical time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good communication skills, spoken and written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including working effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Capable of working with Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and e-mail. Advanced knowledge of Excel. Power BI experience is seen as a plus.

- Must possess a valid driver’s license and a passport. This position requires frequent domestic travel within North America – Canada and US and infrequent international travel.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as Aftermarket Sales Director. As a pivotal member of the Sales and Aftermarket MPP leadership teams, you will play a key role in enabling the MPP’s Aftermarket business growth by driving and managing the dealer network in Canada and the US. You will act as an ambassador for MPP’s brands McCloskey, Lippmann, Tesab, McCloskey Environmental and MWS.
50% travel is required minimum for this position.
