What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for the Continues IT service
- Conduct product demonstrations and support the sales team with proposals and RFP responses
- Collaborate with vendors and partners to launch marketing campaigns and manage relationships
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance service offerings
- Set and monitor sales targets and customer adoption metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in product management, sales engineering, or business development within IT services or technology solutions
- Proven experience supporting or driving sales initiatives with a performance-based component
- Understanding of MSP/MSSP models, co-managed IT services, and cloud technologies
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills for customer-facing interactions
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing platforms
