- Prepares intraday reports on staff attendance
- Reconcile attendance against schedule and time in/out reporting on daily basis
- Support changes to scheduling to ensure adequate daily resource coverage
- Communicate with management and operations team to ensure compliance with company standards
- Maintain running report of attendance incidents
- Analyze leave submissions and approve/deny based on their effect on operations
- Monitor attendance and schedule adherence
- Process schedule trade requests for posted schedules
- Process management requests for modifications of scheduling events (meetings/training, etc.)
- Review accuracy of schedule measurements, making recommendations to improve scheduling efficiency and team member satisfaction
- Provide analytical support for special projects
- Collaborate with management on identifying opportunities to further optimize our workforce
- Other duties assigned by management
- Minimum of 1 year of professional work experience in an office setting
- Associates degree or equivalent years of related experience in place of degree
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be able to obtain an MSP SIDA badge
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Ability to organize and analyze data in a structured manner
- Demonstrated ability to understand and analyze schedules
- Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize responsibilities/tasks
- Excellent PC skills with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint experience

Sun Country Airlines is seeking a Workforce Management Specialist (Full-time) to join our growing team! The MSP Workforce Management Specialist will support the MSP airport by providing reports, schedules, and data for real-time workforce management needs. This position will review leave requests, assist in creating or modifying schedules, make staffing recommendations to ensure adequate daily resource coverage, collaborate with leaders to optimize workforce to deliver a consistent experience to the operation.

Duties of a Workforce Management Specialist may include any of the following:

Work Location: This position is onsite at Terminal 2 in MSP
Schedule: 2nd shift, 4:30 PM to 1:00 AM
Training will be 2 weeks, daytime hours
Pay: Starting at $20.00/hour + flight benefits starting day 1!
