As a Multi-Functional Manufacturing Supervisor, you will play a crucial leadership role in driving production efficiency and workforce management in the Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) Wing Systems Production area. Your responsibilities will span across key operational areas, focusing on cost, schedule, and quality objectives. You will also be responsible for leading and motivating a team of mechanics, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and continuously improving manufacturing processes.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Leadership & Workforce Management: Lead and manage a represented workforce, assigning daily tasks to mechanics and overseeing their execution. Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.

Production & Build Plan Execution: Oversee the execution of build plans for structural assembly and systems installations, ensuring that all operations meet production goals.

Quality & Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement initiatives that improve the quality, schedule, and cost of operations. Foster a culture focused on preventing Foreign Object Damage (FOD), improving process efficiency, and closing skill gaps within your team.

Compliance & Certification: Ensure employee certification for tasks requiring certification and drive compliance with Core processes and program-specific processes.

Safety & Environment: Provide a safe working environment, addressing unsafe conditions promptly and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Employee Engagement: Collaborate with Labor Relations and Human Resources to enhance team engagement, fostering a positive work environment that promotes talent development, technical competencies, and performance excellence.

In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of the JSF Wing Systems Production team by driving operational success and building a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.

National Pay Statement

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $71,000 - $136,000. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
