What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and expectations
- Deliver on all aspects of customer success and client retention
- Consistently achieve all assigned sales targets and quotas
- Cultivate relationships with Multifamily and HOA clients
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand customer accounts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- 5+ years' experience in account management and customer success roles
- Knowledge of fiber-based telecommunications services a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce or equivalent CRM system
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working within the Multifamily (MDU) marketplace
- Demonstrated success in value-based selling
- Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory
