What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Set and uphold policy for the certification program
- Approve curricula

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Must be a member in good standing of Association for Unitarian Universalist Music Ministries (AUUMM)
- Work as a music leader at a congregation
- 2 years of term with up to 3 renewals, for a total of 8 years
- Attend 11 meetings per year
- Meetings last 90 minutes each, with 1 yearly in-person meeting over 2.5 days

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

- Experience in music leadership certification
- Knowledge of UU music ministry
