      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist the Music Development Manager and Music Operations team with daily administration tasks within the Music Initiative program
      - Facilitate the receipt of all new approved music documentation and manage artist contracts
      - Execute administrative tasks such as data entry and file management
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Partnerships, Operations, and Legal
      - Monitor copyright compliance and address any issues with internal teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in an arts/music organization
      - Strong computer skills, including MS Outlook, Google Drive, Word, Excel, Tableau, and Cortex
      - Excellent interpersonal communication skills
      - Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
      - Experience with music industry contracts and copyright management

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with digital asset management systems and digital service providers (DSPs)
      - Knowledge of copyright laws and regulations, including managing copyright compliance
      - Familiarity with DDEX standards
