What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in and provide constructive feedback on escalated issues related to MyDining projects
- Develop policies and procedures related to information systems implementation, use, and maintenance
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies and company policies
- Communicate progress of MyDining project to appropriate personnel
- Develop strategies to maintain and support client satisfaction with MyDining

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of IT business experience; preference for healthcare focus
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to communicate both technical and non-technical information in a clear and concise manner

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Five (5) years or more of experience in food service management
- Experience implementing patient-related systems
