What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain and expand relationships with strategic medical device manufacturers (MDMs) and pharmaceutical companies
- Drive demand generation at the end-user level for the North America Healthcare Packaging market
- Collaborate with various teams to secure business and negotiate new contracts
- Develop targeted opportunity pipelines for Tyvek® applications and alternative material replacements
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to address customer needs and enhance business results

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor or Master in a STEM field; advanced technical degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a preference for technical sales experience
- Competency in packaging science, nonwovens, films, coatings, and adhesives
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Experience with sales pipeline management and CRM tools such as SFDC

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Work experience at a major OEM or Tier 1 supplier
- Familiarity with technical and regulatory requirements in healthcare packaging
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to build sustainable customer relationships
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking capabilities
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
