What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan and organize sales activities and customer contact to achieve business goals
- Develop and manage a dealer/distributor network in the designated territory
- Motivate dealers and distributors to promote a range of agricultural products and services
- Conduct direct farm visits and grower meetings to promote and sell products
- Manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collections
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven track record in agricultural sales, particularly with seed, fertilizer, or chemicals
- Strong knowledge of local crops and market practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities and influence cross-functional teams

- Established relationships within the agricultural community
