      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Plan and organize sales activities and customer interactions to achieve business goals
      - Develop and manage a dealer/distributor network in the assigned territory
      - Motivate dealers and distributors to promote a range of agricultural products and services
      - Conduct direct farm visits to educate and sell products to growers
      - Manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collections and maintain current receivables

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven track record in agricultural sales, specifically in fertilizer or chemicals
      - Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
      - Deep knowledge of local crops and agricultural market practices
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
      - Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
