      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Plan and organize sales activities and customer/prospect contacts to achieve business goals
      - Develop and manage a dealer/distributor network within the specified territory
      - Educate growers, dealers, and distributors on new products and services
      - Conduct direct farm visits to promote and sell a range of products
      - Manage and collect accounts receivable to maintain current receivables

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven track record in agricultural sales, particularly in seed, fertilizer, or chemicals
      - Strong knowledge of local crops and market practices
      - Excellent presentation and communication skills
      - Proficient in MS Office Suite
      - Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities and manage multiple projects

      - Familiarity with the agricultural industry and its practices
      - Background in managing sales and marketing activities in a similar role
