      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Plan and organize sales activities and customer/prospect contacts to achieve business goals
      - Develop and manage a dealer/distributor network according to market development strategy
      - Educate growers, dealers, and distributors on new products and services
      - Conduct farm visits to promote and sell a portfolio of fertilizer products
      - Attend farm shows and conduct grower meetings to enhance product awareness

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Deep working knowledge of local agricultural crops and market practices
      - Proven leadership qualities with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
      - Proficient in MS Office Suite
      - Strong organizational skills and project planning abilities
      - Excellent communication and presentation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in agricultural sales or related fields
      - Familiarity with liquid fertilizer technology and application
      - Established relationships with local growers and distributors
      - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
      - Previous experience conducting training or educational sessions
