      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement effective account strategies, collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams
      - Lead national and regional sales programs to increase product selection and placement in retail channels
      - Analyze market trends and competitor products to create new sales strategies and innovations
      - Manage monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings, aligning stakeholders on forecasts and initiatives
      - Foster relationships with retail partners to ensure smooth account operations and resolve delivery issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) required; MBA preferred
      - Minimum of 5 years of professional sales or marketing experience, preferably with national accounts in the home improvement industry
      - Proven track record of managing large, complex national accounts
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong negotiation and analytical abilities
      - Willingness to travel up to 25%, including occasional weekends

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience managing national accounts in eCommerce or Pro channels within the home improvement industry
      - Mechanical aptitude and basic understanding of electrical systems
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems
