      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement effective account strategies, collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams
      - Lead national and regional sales programs to enhance product placement and implementation
      - Analyze market trends and competitor products to formulate new sales strategies and product innovations
      - Prepare and deliver competitive pricing quotes, negotiate contract terms, and finalize sales agreements
      - Manage monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings, providing business updates and aligning key stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) required; MBA preferred
      - Minimum of 5 years of professional sales or marketing experience, preferably with national accounts in the home improvement industry
      - Proven track record of successfully managing large, complex national accounts
      - Strong negotiation, mathematical, and analytical skills
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems, with the ability to generate and interpret reports

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience managing national accounts in eCommerce or Pro channels within the home improvement industry
      - Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
      - Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently
      - Mechanical aptitude and basic understanding of electrical systems
      - Willingness to travel up to 25%, including occasional weekends
