      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with various departments to implement sales strategies and identify new business opportunities
      - Meet established sales quotas and achieve the company's annual sales objectives
      - Analyze syndicated data, market trends, and the competitive landscape to acquire national and regional customers
      - Maintain consistent communication and collaboration with the Print Division Team
      - Travel to customer locations for follow-up, presentations, or demonstrations as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree preferred in business or equivalent required
      - Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the flexographic print industry
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
      - High-level attention to detail and strong analytical skills
      - Ability to accommodate up to 50% overnight travel

      - Experience understanding and selling with data and insights
      - Demonstrated analytical, collaborative, and consultative abilities
      - Experience developing and implementing private label or branded commodity strategies
      - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
