What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process hundreds of transactions daily through various vendor portals
- Enter National Account information into the Accounts Payable system on a daily basis
- Review and resolve vendor exceptions, identifying and addressing issues promptly
- Provide accurate, clear, and timely customer service to both internal and external clients, primarily through email
- Reconcile National Accounts Receivables and generate biweekly Government Sales reports

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of relevant data entry experience in sales support, accounting, or related fields
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with accounting systems and vendor portals is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent organizational abilities
