      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement strategic account operating plans to ensure profitable access across key business units
      - Negotiate customer contracts and manage special projects for national accounts
      - Facilitate executive-level interactions and align account opportunities with business objectives
      - Collaborate with internal teams to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
      - Monitor and report on account activity, providing insights for strategic decisions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of experience in direct Sales and Account Management for National Accounts in the healthcare sector, or High School/GED with at least 11 years of relevant experience
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive-level presentations, negotiation, and sales/account management
      - Proven experience in negotiating contracts and resolving service issues with outside vendors
      - Strong financial acumen with experience in developing strategic initiatives
      - Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time for business purposes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree or MBA with at least 7 years of experience in client/customer/account management
      - Existing relationships with healthcare and benefits consulting firms
      - Knowledge of the healthcare marketplace and its various stakeholders
      - Experience in analyzing and reporting data to drive improvement
      - Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Operates a clean and safe work environment, ensuring that all areas of the warehouse are well maintained, kept orderly and free of debris. Maintains quality standards set forth by warehouse management.
