What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Influence patients to accept treatment by building trust and addressing their concerns
- Collect payments and maintain an organized CRM
- Follow current processes and attend weekly training meetings
- Work Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with the potential for extra hours to secure sales
- Virtually meet with leads and assist patients in applying for financing

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be based in the Pacific or Mountain Time zones
- Proven track record in sales and meeting KPIs
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills and experience with CRM systems
- Ability to connect with people on a personal level and display empathy

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- B2C sales experience is a plus
- Experience in CRM systems preferred
