What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule and confirm consultations for prospective patients interested in dental implant services
- Manage a high volume of inbound lead forms and ensure timely follow-up
- Use persuasive communication skills to motivate patients throughout their dental health journey
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks including lead tracking and scheduling
- Maintain clear and empathetic communication to enhance the patient experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Prior direct B2C sales experience, particularly in door-to-door, phone, or in-person sales
- Basic tech literacy; experience with CRM systems is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Availability for 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with potential optional Saturdays
