What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Proactively coordinate marketing projects by assisting with creative briefs, scheduling, and communication efforts
- Maintain a project planner to track activity and manage deadlines
- Assist the MarComm Project Manager with day-to-day tasks and collaborate with marketing vendors
- Track data to build appropriate work processes and workflows, maintaining ongoing workstreams
- Support regional MarComm team members with various administrative projects as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to work with and influence a wide range of cross-functional work teams and leaders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Organized, responsive, and accountable with a proven ability to handle multiple priorities
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance and/or MarComm industry
- Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Wrike, Salesforce, and Pardot
- Familiarity with insurance knowledge
- Previous experience in project coordination or management
