      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute national partner relationship and sales strategies at the agency leadership level
      - Build and maintain relationships with key national partners and Central's appointed agencies
      - Manage an updated database of national partner agencies and key contacts
      - Monitor national partner performance against premium objectives and provide insights to regional teams
      - Attend industry conferences and monitor trends to enhance sales and distribution efficiencies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 6 years of insurance experience, including sales and Commercial Underwriting with a Property & Casualty Company, or 8 years of relevant insurance experience
      - Valid driver's license
      - Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build partnerships across functional groups
      - Must be available for routine travel (approximately 50% of the time), including overnight travel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with PowerBI
      - Experience working with Independent Insurance Agents
      - Experience in a similar sales, marketing, and field role
