What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect for new business and manage the full sales cycle, including cold calling and client presentations
- Break into challenging accounts and close large deals with C-level decision-makers
- Grow and manage existing accounts while developing new client relationships
- Collaborate with co-workers and leadership to drive sales initiatives
- Utilize networking resources and platforms like LinkedIn to identify new business opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5+ years of field or outside sales experience with a proven track record in hunting and closing
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and overcome challenges
