      - Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word
      - Highly motivated, organized, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
      - Exceptional phone etiquette and active listening skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous call center experience
      - Familiarity with proposal writing and overcoming objections in a sales context
      - Strong time management and presentation skills
