      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify and develop sales leads to achieve an annual new business revenue goal of $6M
      - Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for assigned territory
      - Maintain and utilize CRM database for tracking sales activities and ensuring data accuracy
      - Establish and manage relationships with large health plans, seeking upsell opportunities
      - Conduct effective presentations and attend functions related to client engagement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; High School diploma required if equivalent experience
      - Minimum three to five years of sales or account management experience, preferably in healthcare
      - Insurance License required after 90 days of employment
      - Proficient in MS Office, Microsoft CRM, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
      - Proven sales track record with strong public speaking and communication skills

      - Experience managing health plan relationships and selling to executives
      - Familiarity with proposal and presentation development in a healthcare context
      - Skilled in medical terminology and understanding business risks
      - Ability to work independently while managing complex sales cycles
