What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Train and support channel partners on the connected platform and solutions to enhance their sales capabilities
- Maintain robust relationships with channel partners as the central contact for technical and business inquiries
- Collaborate on joint customer presentations, solution demonstrations, and proposals to drive sales and revenue
- Develop strategies for optimizing channel performance and expanding market share in collaboration with internal teams
- Track and analyze partner performance, providing insights to enhance their success with the platform
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years in food service sales, channel sales, partner management, or a technical role focused on cooking equipment
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Proficient in CRM and sales tools
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Experience in partner enablement and technical support
- Strong results-oriented mindset with proactive problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Willingness to travel 50% or more to support partners on-site
