      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute sales strategies for assigned accounts within the HVAC and Electrical wholesale channels
      - Manage relationships with select HVAC and Electrical wholesale customers, including in-person sales appointments
      - Oversee strategic planning for product introductions and collaborate with various departments for customer product development
      - Set annual forecasts and sales targets while maintaining accurate demand forecasting
      - Manage pricing strategies, promotional calendars, and profitability reporting for all major accounts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience in sales management within the HVAC or electrical wholesale industry
      - Strong leadership skills and the ability to create a culture of success
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing customer relationships
      - Experience in pricing strategy and profitability reporting
      - Ability to travel as required for in-person meetings and trade shows

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience managing major accounts in the HVAC or electrical sectors
      - Familiarity with trade shows and event management
      - Strong analytical skills for sales forecasting and reporting
      - Experience collaborating with engineering and purchasing departments
      - Background in developing promotional strategies and managing inventory
