      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage assigned accounts and develop sales strategies for all brands and product lines
      - Secure new business within HVAC and electrical wholesale channels

      - Set annual forecasts and sales targets while interacting with purchasing for accurate demand forecasting
      - Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for major accounts and participate in conference calls

      - Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive profitable growth
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing customer relationships

      - Willingness to travel for in-person sales appointments and trade shows
