      - Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive profitable, sustainable growth
      - Excellent communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders including customers and internal teams
      - Ability to manage pricing strategies and promotional planning effectively
      - Proficiency in reporting and data analysis for major accounts
