      Your role at Clorox:

      Clorox is looking for a National Sales Manager Modern Trade (Autoservicio) to lead our partnerships with top-tier Modern Trade retailers—including Walmart, Soriana, HEB, and other Strategic Supermarket Segment (SSS) customers. This role is crucial in delivering both short- and long-term business results while positioning Clorox for sustainable growth.

      In this role, you will:

      • Strategic Leadership: Own and lead the Joint Business Planning process with key national retailers. Align annual objectives with Clorox’s broader strategic goals and deliver on all Joint Business Plan KPIs.

      • Commercial Execution: Ensure flawless execution of AMPS (Clorox’s Perfect Store methodology) and brand plans across all formats. Maintain strong in-store execution and compliance through close collaboration with Trade Marketing and field teams.

      • Financial Accountability: Manage trade investment budgets and customer P&Ls to deliver expected profitability. Drive efficiencies in trade spending aligned with company policy.

      • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams—Finance, Planning & Strategy, Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain—to align plans and deliver balanced scorecard results.

      • Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for national Modern Trade accounts. Build strong, trust-based relationships and ensure timely communication and execution of all commercial agreements.

      • Team Leadership: Lead, develop, and inspire the Key Account Specialist (KAS) team, ensuring high performance, skill growth, and alignment with company goals.

      • Business Growth Planning: Support the Sales Director in shaping and executing the long-term strategy for Modern Trade and Leading Edge Retailers.

      Key Deliverables:

      • Achievement of Net Customer Sales (NCS) and volume targets for each fiscal year.

      • Successful negotiation and execution of trade terms and investment agreements.

      • Delivery of balanced scorecard results across customer and internal KPIs.

      • Execution of annual customer planning: opportunity prioritization, action planning, and performance tracking.

        What we look for:

        • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or equivalent experience.

        • 3+ years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG or CPG industry.

        • Strong leadership and team development skills.

        • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

        • Strategic mindset with strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.

        • Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

        • Advanced in English.
