What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the employer
- Generate new business and expand the market share through leisure and group travel
- Collaborate with leadership and sales teams to prospect and develop new business sources
- Respond promptly to leads and requests for information about the employer
- Prepare and manage detailed sales documentation, including contracts and event schedules
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum of four years' experience in luxury hotel/resort sales or corporate sales
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to compute basic mathematical calculations
- A valid driver's license
