What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 30-50 direct-to-consumer sales professionals
- Develop, monitor, and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and expense controls
- Create a competitive team culture through regular meetings and competitions
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including Costco management
- Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management on sales performance and market trends
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales management role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Special Events/Roadshow management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth in a sales environment
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales management tools
- Strategic thinker with an analytical mindset for interpreting sales data
- Ability to travel nationally as required
