      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead a high-performance sales team to drive revenue in targeted National Security missions and programs
      - Develop and execute an annual Growth Strategy and Execution Plan to meet or exceed revenue quotas
      - Cultivate strong relationships with National Security customers and strategic partners
      - Identify and close key deals and strategic opportunities while mentoring account team members
      - Provide accurate business and deal forecasting along with periodic status reports on strategic progress

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 10 - 15 years of demonstrated success in National Security Sales Leadership in Networking Hardware, Software, and/or Services
      - Experience in selling network hardware, software, and services, with a focus on optical networking, IP/ethernet, and automation/software
      - Deep understanding and strong relationships in the National Security market
      - Excellent analytical, interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills
      - TS-SCI Security Clearance is a must

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Direct experience selling or working in the US National Security Market
      - Proven track record of building and leading high-performance sales teams
      - Demonstrated leadership and technical understanding in sales strategy
