Job Description

- Undertake concierge and receptionist duties, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
- Manage the booking system for the Training Suites.
- Administration and coordination of facilities management. Including physically conducting inspections of the site.
- Ensure difficulties on site are resolved promptly with minimum disruption to business-as-usual activities.
- Coordinate activities with various JLL organizational units to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain attendance records and rosters in compliance with organizational policies.
- Develop and nurture networks and collaborative partnerships with clients, staff, and management.
- Assist the manager with additional tasks and participate in quality reviews and training sessions as needed.
- Familiarize yourself with relevant building-specific Standard Operating Procedures
- Preferred experience in a hospitality/hotel environment or office reception/concierge role
- Desired experience in building or facilities management.
- Excellent phone skills, including experience with multiple-line phone systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of Applications

We are seeking a dedicated and personable individual to join our team as a Concierge – Facilities Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing an exemplary front of house experience for our esteemed client Home Affairs as well as assisting with Facilities Coordination.
