What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise the Chat and Text program, responding to requests from law enforcement and protective services as needed
- Conduct staff interviews and facilitate onboarding processes for new hires
- Monitor live text interactions and provide support, training, and coaching to staff
- Ensure compliance with state and federal laws, including HIPAA confidentiality requirements
- Participate in auditing and accreditation activities while meeting contract deliverables
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science, counseling, or a related field
- Minimum of two (2) years of recent, directly related experience, including one (1) year of supervisory experience
- Agency Affiliated Counselor Registration required within 30 days of employment
- Tribal affiliation required with knowledge of Washington state and Tribal behavioral health systems strongly preferred
- Fluency in English (oral and written) with strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in Motivational Interviewing and active listening techniques
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
