What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather and analyze data from aircraft management information systems to identify issues and develop strategies
- Validate processes for data collection and modeling to ensure accuracy in operational use of aircraft systems
- Monitor and apply maintenance data systems and configuration management within the organization
- Provide timely responses to customer concerns and assist customers in utilizing information systems effectively
- Prepare reports, presentations, and corrective action plans for management and government inquiries

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; additional experience can substitute for education
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in aviation administration, including three (3) years as a U.S. Navy or Marine Corps aviation maintenance System Administrator
- Completion of NALCOMIS OOMA System Administrator course and related training
- Strong knowledge of the Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP) and configuration management systems
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Microsoft Access databases, Excel (including VBA), and SQL
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau
- Knowledge of Navy Aviation Maintainer Experience (AMEX)
- Experience in developing and maintaining SharePoint sites
- Strong people-management skills and ability to promote a team environment
