      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Supervise a team of 8 Customer Service Representatives, ensuring effective support for the NC Department of Vital Statistics
      - Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot systems for business partners, including funeral homes and medical certifiers
      - Oversee day-to-day operations of the call center, including call management and staff coaching
      - Analyze inquiry types and identify opportunities for process improvement and staff training
      - Monitor staff performance to meet metrics and goals, providing ongoing coaching and feedback

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field required
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center environment required
      - Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role required
      - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience using Dynamics 365 for ticket tracking and Cisco Webex IVR or similar call center tools
      - Experience providing executive-level reporting and metrics for calls, emails, and tickets
