What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct pre-admission assessments
- Coordinate transportation arrangements for Clients
- Respond promptly to inquiry calls
- Maintain documentation involved in the admissions process
- Collaborate with Facility Leadership/Staff as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of two years' experience in Mental Health and/or Addictions field
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in computer skills including navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior work experience in the substance abuse and/or customer service field
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field preferred
